Whitenoise despises war, even though it is when he is most active. He tends to the fallen Autobots that litter the battlefield, using his dual surgical lasers, that also emit a high frequency sonic wave that prevents most things from hitting him. Whitenoise uses these to create a path through the fighting to tend to the wounded. Whitenoise can also emit the same sound while in cassette mode.
Whitenoise is usually in constant communication with Ratchet and First aid when working and often calls for assistance when the damage is too much for him to deal with.
